These Services are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. We do not provide personal training, physical therapy, or medical advice. 7. Subscriptions and Payments

Fyynd Fit offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments and agree to our billing policies. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal, will be clearly outlined during checkout. All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

You may submit content (e.g., feedback, progress logs) to the Services. By doing so, you grant Fyynd Fit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

10. Third-Party Services

Fyynd Fit may include access to third-party content or services (e.g., ads or external links). We do not control or endorse such third-party services and are not responsible for their accuracy, content, or reliability. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyynd Fit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fyynd Fit, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in St. John's, NL, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the revised Terms within the app or on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
